Location: Riverdell Spiritual Centre in the Sanctuary and dining room (also down in the Dell)
Join two fully qualified facilitators, Robyn and Carol, for a day of yoga, creativity and nature at the beautiful Riverdell Spiritual Centre, just one hour’s drive from Adelaide.
A time to relax, recharge and reconnect with yourself and nature. To ground yourself before the Christmas season, reflect on 2020 and re-set your direction for the coming new year.
Reflect on life’s journey through art therapy and remember what inspires you. Ground yourself through yoga and reconnect your body, mind and heart. Immerse yourself in nature to consciously listen and be present. And of course, feast on nourishing, delicious food in fabulous company.
You will leave with:
• A clearer idea of how you want your life to be in 2021
• A chance to re-set, re-stock and release what no longer serves you
• Feeling calm, grounded and re-energised

Your retreat day includes the following:
• Opening circle – setting of intentions
• Summer yoga
• Morning tea – scrumptious snacks that are healthy and delectable
• Art therapy – reflections through guided art exercises
• Lunch – a nourishing plant-based meal designed to delight your senses and satiate your tummy
• Silent forest meditation/yoga
• Quiet reflection
• Closing circle – your way forward.
Please bring a yoga mat, bolster or firm cushion(s), blanket, water bottle and watch.
Delicious and nourishing food (lunch and morning tea) will be provided - please let us know any dietary preferences.

About your facilitators
Robyn Molsher is a certified art therapist, counsellor, trainer, artist and ecologist with over 30 years’ experience in environmental conservation.
Robyn is passionate about connecting people to nature and enhancing wellbeing through creativity and nature contact. She has a research background in wetland ecology and wildlife management as well as in the human health benefits of contact with nature. She values the role of creativity in our lives and the use of art making in exploration and reflection. She loves it when she can connect her worlds of science, nature, art and creativity to promote wellbeing. Her qualifications include BSC (Hons), PhD, Dip. Counselling Studies, Dip. Transpersonal Art Therapy, Cert1V Training and Assessment).
Carol Schmidt is an accredited yoga teacher, workshop facilitator and theatre practitioner with thirty years’ experience in environmental conservation, health and wellbeing and the creative industries.
Carol loves yoga! She has been practicing it regularly for 25 years. She sees yoga as one of the most transformative ways of coming ‘home’ to yourself, connecting body/mind/soul and bringing balance and vitality to all areas of life. She has studied different styles of yoga, currently teaching hatha yoga with a focus on listening to your body, connecting to your breath and optimising ease and flow.
Carol is passionate about supporting people to live their full potential, and she has run wellbeing, leadership and coaching programs for women in business and government organisations across the country.
Carol’s expertise in helping connect people with nature includes leading environmental education programs, managing community conservation partnerships, researching tree kangaroos and platypus through citizen science and being a park ranger. Her honours degree combined nature conservation with her theatre background, exploring site-specific performance in the bush that deepens people’s connection to the land.
Her qualifications include Bachelor Health Science/Geography, Bachelor/Honours Creative Industries, Hatha Yoga Teacher training (500 hours - Yoga Spirit), Yoga Australia member.
