Your private class is hosted at Tamara’s Kitchen in Mt Martha. Located in a stunning location on the Esplanade with uninterrupted views of the bay.
Private classes with Lunch are available for 4 guests and up to 8 (with the required social distancing precautions and procedures in place)
This is a hands on class that features guidelines, advice, the basics, hints & tips in an interactive class. This includes making Artisan breads such as plain, grain and herb bread as well as baguettes and fruit bread. You will also be trying your hand at BoatShed's award winning"Compass Gold" a rich, delicious French-style brie as well as a range of lactic goat's cheese including curd, marinated Persian feta and Provincial style goat's cheese with herbs and ash and freshly made cow's milk ricotta.
Your location for the class and lunch is a breathtakingly beautiful location on the Mornington Peninsula just over an hour from Melbourne. Your cheese making starts in the "Boat Shed" at the bottom of the property, continuing with bread making in the fully equipped home kitchen ending with the stunning lunch setting hidden away in a lush secluded garden location.
This wonderful class has been designed to be an informative and fun learning experience about making cheese and bread and is a great way to spend time with family and friends.
Asfter the class you can relax with your family and friends and enjoy a lunch made with local and seasonal produce with a local Mornington Peninsula wine in the lovely private garden or on the terrace (weather dependant)
Please note that the class rate shown is set for the entire GROUP of 4, 6 and 8 guests and is all inclusive.
