Capricorn Food and Wine Festival is the premier event for Central Queensland, showcasing all things food, wine, beer, spirits, live music and more. The twelfth instalment of the annual Capricorn Food and Wine Festival will once again be set against the backdrop of the mighty Fitzroy River, Rockhampton. Be entertained and inspired by top chefs' demonstrations and live music from local musicians keeping revellers entertained throughout the afternoon. Over four exciting days and nights, the Festival will host signature dining experiences, food and wine master classes and interactive cooking classes.
