Join our class to master the secrets of combining simple ingredients to produce fresh punchy flavours that will surprise the palate. We’ll demonstrate cooking methods Norther Thailand in a relaxed, fun class led by Tamarind’s expert Chefs. Of course the best part is eating your dishes at the end of the class!

2024 Northern Thai Spring Menu

Geng Jeut Gai - Clear soup of chicken, yellow soy bean, Asian greens, mushrooms, dried chilli and crispy garlic

Yum Makreua Yao - Salad of roasted eggplant, dried prawns, peanuts and bean curd with Asian shoots and leaves

Geng Leuang Moo - Northern yellow curry of pork, bambook, tomato and Thai basil
