Join our class to master the secrets of combining simple ingredients to produce fresh punchy flavours that will surprise the palate. We’ll demonstrate cooking methods from Southern Thailand in a relaxed, fun class led by Tamarind’s expert Chefs. Of course the best part is eating your dishes at the end of the class!

2024 Southern Thai Spring Menu

  • Lon Gai Dtow Jiaw - Relish of ground chicken, coconut cream, dried chilli and yellow soy bean served with spooning vegetables
  • Yum Som Tom - Salad of green papaya, breans, tomato, dried shrimp, peanuts, chilli and lime
  • Som Rot Talay - Medley of fish, prawns and scallops pan fried with 3 flavour sauce, crispy fried basil and roasted rice
