Our 2-course brunch menu paired with a bottomless beverage package guarantees a Sunday well spent, with two-time slots options: from 11am-1pm or 2pm-4pm.

  • Bottomless non-alcoholic sparkling wine.A choice of selected mocktails, OJ, and an array of refreshing soft drinks.

Starters (Choose One):

  • GARDEN EGG BRUSCHETTA: toasted baguette, smashed avocado, scrambled eggs, onion, tomato, parmesan cheese with Italian glaze
  • DEVILED EGGS: With crumbled bacon, mustard, mayo, jalapeño, paprika and dill

Mains (Choose One):

  • AVO SMASH BACON & EGG ON TOAST : Vienna toast, bacon, egg, avocado , spinach, cheese and hollaindaise sauce with a hash brown on the side
  • EGGS BENNY: 2 english muffins, spinach, bacon , poached egg, hollandaise sauce and paprika with a hash brown on the side
  • AFTER BRUNCH BURGER: beef pattie, bacon, egg, cheese, lettuce, aioli and bbq sauce
  • PRINCE WAFFLES: toasted waffle, biscoff spread, whipped cream, maple syrup with banana and berries

  • Entire table must partake in the bottomless brunch
  • The brunch menu is seasonal and subject to change without notice

  • All tickets must be purchased together as tables are allocated per booking, please contact info@princelane.com.au if tickets are purchased separately for table allocation.
  • Table allocations are at the discretion of the venue.
  • It is a pre-order menu, choose one option of starter and one option of main on the check out section.
  • The menu may contain allergens. If you have any queries or require a vegetarian option, please email info@princelane.com.au with your booking number. Please note some dietary requests may incur an extra fee
  • Bottomless service is strictly between the time slot you have booked: either from 11am - 1pm or 2pm -4pm only and will not be extended if you arrive late.
  • Doors open at 11am for Brunch Bookings.
  • Drinks are provided through bar service.
  • Prince Lane practices responsible service of alcohol, please drink responsibly.
  • If you request any extra meals or drinks not included in your package, payment will be taken upon ordering
