Chef Hugh Piper, together with nutritionist Camilla Thompson of Good Plate - will show you how easy it is to do at home, discuss the incredible health benefits of fermented foods as well as the endless options you have to play with when it comes to flavours & produce. 

Taste your way through the various ferments (with some seriously delicious side kicks) created on the night and discover all the reasons why fermentation is good for you, the planet, your back pocket and your taste buds.
