Angie Liu

Angie Liu's journey into Qigong began 12 years ago, sparked by a quest to find relief from chronic inflammation and pain. Frustrated by the limited effectiveness of traditional treatments, she sought a healing pathway which aligned with her inner nature. This quest led her back to China and her roots, where she immersed herself in Qigong, and continued her training at the historic Wudang Mountain—the birthplace of Tai Chi and Qigong.

Daily Qigong practice evolved into Angie's self-healing medicine, emphasising how healing methods should be effortless. Angie created Piniri Wellbeing, which means ‘to be well in health’ to share her wisdom and empower her clients how to find the right type of medicine, to nourish their body and mind and empower them in their wellness journey and above all through mindful movements such as Qigong. Angie shares her wisdom and holistic approach by encouraging her clients to embrace mindful practices, encompassing nutrition, sleep, and breath, and above all, through mindful movement practices such as Qigong.

With a particular focus on aiding women in their healing journeys and assisting clients with chronic injuries, Angie imparts simple, practical methods to counter the effects of modern life.
