The Paddock Sunset Banquet: Live Cooking over Thor [Sold Out]

As the sun sets over the rolling hills of Beechmont Estate, guests are invited to indulge in a three-course shared-style banquet celebrating Scenic Rim produce, expertly paired with local wines.

Watch as the renowned culinary team cook up a feast of local delights on the centerpiece grill, Thor, adding excitement to the dining experience and finish the evening on a high by creating sweet memories under the stars at one of the gourmet marshmallow stations.

Highlights from the menu include whole roast Tommerup’s Dairy Farm milk-fed pork, house-cured and smoked Rocky Point cobia, Running Creek steak tartare, and Valley Pride beetroot with Towri Farm sheep’s cheese.

This is deliciously followed by a selection of sweet treats such as Beechmont verbena crème brûlée, Woodland Coffee Roasters tiramisu, and Canungra Creek finger lime and olive oil marshmallow.
