We're Throwing a One-Night-Only Cantonese-Spanish Feast With Melissa Leong, Matt McConnell and Victor Liong – and You’re Invited
This exclusive event will feature a casual wine tasting, followed by a 12-dish dinner (with bespoke wine pairings, of course). Melissa Leong, ambassador for Cat Amongst the Pigeons, will host the evening.
The event – dubbed Two Chefs Amongst the Pigeons – will unfold in two parts. First, guests will be welcomed with a relaxed wine tasting downstairs, offering a glimpse into the flavour combinations to come. Then, the main event begins upstairs, where Victor Liong (Lee Ho Fook) and Matt McConnell (Bar Lourinha) will come together to share their collaborative menu. Their culinary mastery, intuition and instinct will be showcased in 12 dishes across four courses, alongside pairings from Cat Amongst the Pigeons’ bold portfolio.
