Food & Hospitality Queensland is an annual event held at the Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre, celebrating the vibrant food service industry in Queensland, Australia. This year marked the ninth edition, showcasing Queensland's top culinary talent and attracting around 4,000 visitors and 160 exhibitors. Among the highlights, Alfan Musthafa, the Head Chef and Co-Owner of Warisan Brisbane, was crowned the Queensland Professional Chef of the Year for 2025. The competition featured an intense final round that showcased the skill and creativity of the top four chefs, evaluated by a panel of esteemed judges including Chef Gannon, Carolyne Helmy, Spencer Patrick, and Claire Van Vuuren, along with guest judges Tobie Puttock and Chris Jordan.

In addition to the culinary competitions, the inaugural State of Origin Pizza Battle saw Stefano Spataro from Elementi Restaurant take home the crown, further highlighting the fierce competition and passion within the foodservice community. Attendees had the unique opportunity to engage with thousands of trade buyers, with 75% being decision-makers in their respective businesses. This event serves as a platform for networking, innovation, and showcasing the latest trends in food, beverage, and hospitality equipment.
