Quiet Mornings at the Mint

Our Quiet Mornings are dedicated low-sensory sessions designed in recognition that people experience environments differently. These sessions are particularly supportive for autistic and neurodivergent individuals, people with sensory sensitivities, and anyone who prefers a calmer visiting experience.

During Quiet Mornings, we intentionally adjust the environment by:

• Lowering sound levels

• Reducing visitor capacity

• Minimising sudden or high-stimulus elements where possible.

Visitors are welcome to move at their own pace, take breaks as needed, and engage in ways that feel comfortable to them. Our aim is not simply to reduce stimulation, but to create a genuinely welcoming and respectful space where diverse access needs are anticipated and supported.
