For two nights only, Kiin welcomes Chef Prin Polsuk and Thanyaporn "Mint" Polsuk, owners of the highly acclaimed Samrub Samrub Thai in Bangkok.

Chef Prin is renowned for his encyclopaedic knowledge of Thai cuisine and his innovative interpretations of ancient recipes, shaped through extensive research of historic Thai cookbooks. At Samrub Samrub, Prin's refined, deeply traditional cooking is paired with Mint's warm, family-style hospitality, creating a dining experience that is both comforting and elevated. This marks Chef Prin's first time cooking in Australia in many years, making it a rare and special opportunity for South Australian diners.
