Gates will open at 6pm 🕓 every day of the event. We respectfully request all attendees to arrive on time and complete check-in promptly so that everyone may settle peacefully before the Hari Charcha begins at the Town Hall. 🏛️✨

To ensure smooth entry, please have your QR code ready, either printed or saved on your mobile. 📱 We recommend taking a screenshot in advance to avoid any last-minute technical issues at the gate. 📸

🏛️ Venue & Town Hall Guidelines:

Shoe Policy: To maintain the sanctity of the space and keep exits clear, please remove your shoes and leave them on the Balcony before entering the Auditorium. 👟❌

Food & Drink: As per hall hire rules, no food or drink is allowed inside the building. 🚫🥤

Safety First: Only battery-operated candles are permitted; no open flames are allowed in or around the building. 🕯️✨
