DOLLY, the underground European restaurant and cocktail bar at Le Méridien Melbourne, is once again hosting one of Melbourne's most sought-after Mother's Day dining experiences.
Consistently recognised as one of the city's most beautiful restaurants, DOLLY's annual Mother's Day lunch and dinner have a long-standing reputation for selling out, drawing families looking for a celebration that feels special without being overstated.
This year, guests can expect a carefully crafted four-course menu by Executive Chef Hervé Borghini. Bordeaux-born and Michelin-trained, Borghini's cooking is rooted in classic French technique, delivered with a modern, confident approach.
The experience includes a four-course menu and a complimentary glass of G.H. Mumm Cordon Rouge Brut NV Champagne for each mum, making it a well-priced way to celebrate in a luxury hotel setting.
