Spend an afternoon celebrating South Australia's oyster season at OysterPalooza's Daytime Deck Sessions at Never Never's Distillery Door in McLaren Vale.
Across Saturday and Sunday, guests can enjoy freshly shucked South Australian Pacific oysters, live oyster shucking demonstrations, Oyster Shell Gin tastings, signature Shellies served straight from the shell, live music and a dedicated OysterPalooza beverage menu designed to showcase one of the state's most iconic seasonal delicacies.
This year, OysterPalooza is partnering with OzFish, whose Shellfish Revolution program gives discarded oyster shells a second life through reef regeneration projects that help restore vital marine habitats around Australia.
Set against the backdrop of the McLaren Vale hills, the Daytime Deck Sessions offer a relaxed and distinctly South Australian food and drink experience, with exclusive Oyster Shell Gin bottle offers available throughout the weekend.
