Red Book Collective: A Michelin Starred Experience

Michelin-starred dining lands in Port Douglas for the festival's anniversary year, as Rishi Naleendra, Sam Aisbett, Kirk Westaway and Michael Wilson join forces, with six collective Michelin stars, for an extraordinary collaboration that brings a world-class dining moment to the tropics.

Each chef arrives with a style shaped by place, culture and a relentless pursuit of craft.

Rishi Naleendra, celebrated for the progressive brilliance of Cloudstreet, cooks with an instinct for balance, seasonality and story. Michael Wilson’s journey runs from Melbourne’s iconic kitchens to Michelin-starred success in Singapore, where his cooking champions provenance and detail. Kirk Westaway, a leading voice in contemporary British cuisine, is known for refined, ingredient-driven plates that carry nostalgia and elegance in equal measure. Sam Aisbett brings fearless creativity, honed across Australia, Singapore and Vietnam, with a rare ability to weave flavours across cultures into something entirely his own.

Together, they will create a dinner that showcases skill, precise technique, reverence for ingredients, and courses built with intention.

This unforgettable dining experience begins with Champagne Pol Roger and Beluga Vodka, served with caviar bumps, followed by snacks and a four-course menu from our guest chefs, paired with Vasse Felix’s premium Margaret River wines.
