Andrian Dhondt is among a handful of grower-producers in Champagne who are flying the flag for high quality, terroir driven wines of the highest order. Having drunk these wines on numerous occasions over the past few years, I can personally say that these are right up these with some of the best in the region. They’re also becoming more and more celebrated and are now found on the best wine lists of Europe. This dinner is a must for all Champagne enthusiasts whether or not you’re familiar with the Dhont Grellet wines. Dinner will be hosted by Master Sommelier Sebastian Crowther who is the importer of the wines into Australia. – Ches Cook, Five Way Cellars.
