Savour the rich, earthy allure of locally sourced truffles from Macenmist Black Truffles, showcased in a masterfully curated menu by Executive Chef David Learmonth. Each course is a tribute to the season, blending the decadence of truffle with the unique essence of native Australian ingredients.
Throughout the evening, Chef Learmonth will share his creative inspirations, offering insight at how he transforms truffles into culinary art, where innovation meets tradition.
To elevate the experience, each dish is paired with expertly selected wines, enhancing every flavour and making the evening truly unforgettable.
