Every year, countless kilos of beautiful citrus fruit go unused. Preserving Your Crop is a hands-on day dedicated to helping you make the most of every lemon, lime, orange, mandarin, and grapefruit that comes off your trees.
Join an incredible lineup of local makers, growers, cooks, and artisans as they share practical skills, traditional techniques, and creative ideas for transforming excess fruit into delicious pantry staples, household products, and natural remedies. Throughout the day, you'll enjoy in-depth demonstrations, tastings, and plenty of opportunities to ask questions and learn from experts.
