The Winning Plate is one of this year's most distinctive Curated Plate experiences, celebrating the exceptional produce of the Sunshine Coast through a chef curated menu and course-by-course wine pairing hosted by the winemaker himself.
Yellowtail Kingfish pulled from Mooloolaba's waters provided by Daniel Street Seafood. Beef raised in the Sunshine Coast hinterland. A kitchen that has let the region's best ingredients lead. Join Nick Wyndham from Bleasdale Vineyards as he guides you through four of his wines, each matched to a dish that puts Queensland produce front and centre, served in The Atrium with panoramic views across one of Queensland's premier racecourses.
Commencing at 12pm, food and wine service is timed around the final racing programme, so you won't miss a moment of the action. Sky Racing tipsters will drop in to share their picks, and every guest goes in the draw to win an exclusive barrier start experience.
