But for this particular night, we are breaking our own geographical rules. We’re crossing the ridge line to bring you a heavy-hitting, ultra-premium showcase with the absolute giants of the Barossa: Torbreck Vintners.

Torbreck doesn't just make wine; they are the custodians of some of the oldest, most revered patches of Shiraz, Grenache, and Mataro on the planet. This is a rare, red-letter night to taste the absolute peak of their portfolio without the stuffy, corporate pretense.

We are cracking into rare back-vintage stock and monumentally big, large-format magnums that have been sleeping in the cellar.

The Lineup ($180 per head):

• The Food: 3 heavy-hitting winter courses by Chef Angus Love, built to match big Barossa fruit.

• The Cellar Raiding: 5 ultra-premium, old-vine pours—headlined by rare museum releases poured exclusively from spectacular 1.5L magnums.

• The Access: If you know Torbreck, you know these bottles are usually locked away in private collections or carrying massive price tags at high-end steakhouses. To taste through them in a casual format by our open fire is an absurd amount of bang for your buck.
