About
Woo Woo Moments bring their Yoga Sound and Breath Retreat to the Peninsula Hot Springs. Located in the Whistle Tree Sound Dome with audio, lighting and acoustics to elevate your experience. A two-hour event where we explore Gentle Slow Flow Yoga to open the body and create space for release with the Breath.
Entry includes all day access to the spa, bathing, relaxation and cafe facilities to purchase coffee and food at your leisure.
Concluded with an optional Wayapa Wuurrk workshop which includes an Earth Connection Embodied Practice.
