A gentle space to pause, breathe and simply be.

If you're navigating a cancer journey—whether newly diagnosed, in treatment, recovering, or living beyond cancer—this class has been created especially for you.

This yoga journey experience in nature will gently support your nervous system, helping the body move into a state of rest where healing, resilience and clarity can naturally be nurtured. There is no pressure to perform, no expectations, and no need to keep up. Come exactly as you are and do only what feels right for your body on the day.

Through a holistic and trauma-sensitive approach to yoga, you'll be guided through:

• Gentle, accessible movement

• Breathwork to calm the mind and body

• Guided relaxation

• Crystal singing bowl sound healing

• Meditation

• Time to simply rest and receive

One of the most healing parts of this class is being surrounded by women who truly understand. It offers a safe, nurturing community where you can step away from the appointments, treatments and challenges of your cancer journey, even if only for a little while.

Our beautiful practice space is nestled amongst nature, allowing you to soak in the calming sights and sounds of the surrounding bushland as you move, breathe and relax, offering you that peaceful pause that you crave.

No yoga experience is necessary, chairs and supportive props are available for anyone who feels more comfortable practising off the floor.

We'll finish with a warm cup of chai, delicious yogi treats, and an opportunity to connect and chat with others if you wish.

A safe and nurturing space. You are welcome exactly as you are.

We would be honoured to share this journey with you.

About Your Teacher:

This class has been created from both lived experience and a deep desire to serve.

Having supported both of her parents through their own cancer journeys, Chantelle understands first-hand the emotional, physical and mental demands that cancer places not only on the individual, but on the entire family. She knows the overwhelm, the uncertainty, the countless appointments, the difficult decisions, and the importance of having moments of genuine peace amidst it all.

Throughout this time, she witnessed the profound support that yoga, meditation, breathwork and spiritual practices brought to her family. These timeless practices became an anchor—offering moments of calm, strength, connection and hope during life's most challenging seasons. It is this experience that inspired her to create a nurturing space where other women can receive the same support, bringing decades of her wellness experience in the Science of Yoga, Ayurveda, Meditation and holistic wellness to those needing this support and care.
