This immersive experience offers a behind-the-scenes look at the science and practical realities of producing edible insects, with plenty of opportunity for questions and discussion.

Suitable for curious consumers, students, and sustainability-minded food lovers, the session provides clear, evidence-based insights into how cricket protein is produced and why it’s gaining global attention. Participants will also have the opportunity to taste our crickets.

Bookings are essential, with limited group sizes to ensure a meaningful and engaging experience.

This tasting includes edible crickets. Please note that people with shellfish allergies may also be allergic to insects.

Talks start promptly so please meet your guide outside the Insect Institute 10 minutes prior to commencement.
