Hot flushes are one of the most common and uncomfortable symptoms of perimenopause. We'll discuss natural remedies, including dietary adjustments, herbal treatments, and stress-reduction techniques to minimize their intensity and frequency.

Declining estrogen levels during perimenopause can impact heart health. Discover how nutrition, exercise, and key supplements can support cardiovascular function and reduce the risk of heart disease during this transitional phase.
