Beer and Bubs Childbirth Education for Dads at the Pub

Beer & Bubs runs on the last Tuesday of every month at the Nags Head. It's a relaxed, welcoming session designed to help you actually understand what happens during labour and birth, and how to support your partner through it without feeling like you're back in a classroom.

You receive a free book Cheers to Childbirth by Lucy Bloom with your ticket purchase.

Lucy is the creator of Cheers to Childbirth.

What to expect:

  • A casual, informal session — sit back, eat, drink, and ask the questions you might not feel comfortable asking elsewhere
  • Practical, real-world guidance on labour, birth, and how to support your partner
  • A relaxed pub atmosphere, not a clinical one

Good to know:

  • Meals are ordered and paid for separately at the counter — grab your food and drink when you arrive
  • No need to bring anything — just yourself
  • Open to all dads-to-be and partners, whatever stage of pregnancy you're at
