Are you preparing to start your baby’s solid food journey? Join our free monthly information session led by a Maternal & Child Health Nurse. These sessions are designed to provide practical advice, guidance, and support as your baby begins exploring solid foods.
You'll learn about:

🧠 Getting answers to your questions
🥕 Food suggestions and practical tips
🤝 Support for your child’s nutrition journey
Important: Babies under 12 months of age are welcome to attend with their parent/carer and do not require a separate ticket booking.
