Lifeline Out of the Shadows Walk

An annual event organised by the Lifeline Loddon Mallee Sunraysia branch. It is a nine kilometre walk on a one kilometre circuit, and walked nine times to raise awareness about the suicide rate in Australia.

The circuit is a delightful walk around the Garden of Hope down to the Lake and back up through the beautiful gardens. All along the journey there are inspirational, encouraging and funny quotes on hope to cheer one on. Food, drinks and refreshments will be available at the Garden of Hope Kiosk

Lifeline is an Australian organisation and the largest of its kind which has now advanced worldwide, and is passionate about helping people who are suicidal or struggling in life. Donations to Lifeline are most welcome or one can be sponsored.

This event coincides with the World Suicide Prevention Day. This will be the second year it is being held at the Garden of Hope Mildura.
