The Carers Foundation Australia warmly invites you to join us for a special afternoon dedicated to recognising, celebrating and supporting unpaid family carers across Brisbane and Moreton Bay region

Enjoy a relaxing day of connection, delicious food, and wellbeing, taking some well-deserved time out to step away from the demands of your caring role and simply focus on you.

This special gathering brings together carers in similar circumstances, offering a safe, supportive space to relax, share, and feel understood.

Experience the healing power of a "Nervous System Tune Up" which is an evidence-based workshop led by Faye Lawand, designed to help your body shift out of survival mode and release deep-seated physical tension
